1.) Christmas Spirit

The spirit of Christmas contains three christmas oils: Orange, Cinnamon Bark and Black Spruce. When we breathe in aromas that trigger happy memories from our past, it floods our bodies with feel good hormones that help us experience joy in the present as well. Christmas Spirit is a sweet, spicy blend of orange, cinnamon, and spruce essential oils that tap into the happiness, joy, and security associated with the holiday season. With Christmas Spirit on hand, simply open a bottle and start diffusing!

You can also use it to dilute and massage into chakras to create a soothing, relaxing sensation..

Cinnamon is a very traditional christmas spice. Could you imagine christmas without the sweet – spicy fragrance of cinnamon?

In the old days, people believed cinnamon to attract wealth. Thats also why its a key ingredient in young living essential oil blend Abundance.

Cinnamon belongs to the so called “hot oils” – meaning it can burn a little on the skin if you apply it undiluted. If cinnamon kisses you with its heat and burns on your skin, don’t panic. simply grab some pant based oil like olive oil, coconut oil or sunflower oil and rub in on top of where it burns. The burning sensation will cease after just a few minutes.

Use cinnamon bark essential oil to pamper yourself with a warming, energising foot massage: Mix a few drops of cinnamon bark with a little olive oil, heat it in a water bath up to 36C Celsius and rub it on your feet.

Enjoy 🙂
